Customer-facing applications generated through Power Prompts may send text messages to their own end users, but only after those end users voluntarily provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box on the relevant application page.

  • Use-case specificThe opt-in must identify the actual message purpose, such as account alerts, booking updates, reminders, or service notifications.
  • FrequencyMessage frequency varies.
